At Zion Lutheran our Youth program
plays a pivotal role in our congregation. It is during this period
of life that, for the Christian, the disciplines are developed that
will carry forward the mission of the congregation and the values
that will give each individual the tools to be a successful
Christian adult. We rely totally on the Holy Spirit to mold,
encourage and strengthen the faith of our youth in this endeavor.
We provide adult leadership that is
committed to giving our youth opportunities to serve our Savior
through a ministry directed at their own age group. We intentionally
strive to provide resources that will help to make this "Youth
Ministry" successful. We believe that our youth have a good handle
on the needs, desires and social concerns of their own age group. We
encourage the youth to develop, plan and implement programs and
activities to meet these concerns.
If you wish to grow in your spiritual
life, strengthen your relationship with Jesus and serve the Lord in
meaningful ways, our doors are open to you. Come and join the
fellowship of other believers your own age and watch how the Savior
will change your lives.
